Home Gifts

Deciding on a unique gifts for the home or indeed your own home can often open up a can of worms. What to get, will they like, can I afford it, will it be special… the list goes on. However, I have a theory that seems to work for me. Would I like to receive the gift I am giving. The answer is always “yes”!

I am a big fan of animal prints on kitchenware, so these aprons and tea towels would please me no end. They are funky, colourful and fun. Best of all, they are not something you would be able to just pick up on the high street. They have a unique quality about them.
This Nellie tea towel by Aurina is £7.50 and comes with other options. Pillows and childrens sleeping bag.

We know that a dog is a mans best friend and this Dog Lovers apron is brilliant, really reasonably priced as well £10.00 byBiggin and Sage

Alternatively if you are looking for that personal touch or you have a large family, or children who argue over things then these named personalised aprons are the answer! £16.00 by Westcot House/Tor Sear

I often look to buy something if I go to a friends house for the weekend, and although I love getting flowers, something that lasts a little longer is always a preferred option. I think fragranced candles and room diffusers are a popular alternative and we have a large variety to suit all budgets. This candle is exceptionally good value for money and is only £12.00 by Illumens

It’s a known fact that thankfully people are becoming far more conscious of our environment. Gone are the days of endless carrier bags filling up our cupboards, worse still being dumped in landfills, instead the eco friendly bag has arrived. I always admire people’s alternative to the carrier bag and these baskets by Kikapu are ideal for your weekly trip to the grocers. At £20.00 these would make an ideal gift for anyone.
